I love helping people move through difficult emotions and find new healing and a sense of hope and calm. I have two children of my own and have lived in Davie County since 2001.
With over 11 years experience in the mental health field, my specialties include working with individuals suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and AD/HD. Among my areas of treatment expertise are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
