Rates
$160 for initial clinical assessment and $140 per 50-minute session
Insurance
I accept Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance (not Blue Value or insurance from the Healthcare Marketplace). For those who have other insurances, I will also provide you with a receipt for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. You will be responsible for filing this.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
We appreciate and prefer cash, check or Paypal. Credit/debit cards accepted for payment for an additional $5 service charge.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This will be waived if you miss due to illness.
